Complaint against Currys PC World

I purchased a HP laptop in 2015 at the Currys Superstore at the Mile End Road branch. Recently I noticed that a monthly payment of £6.50 was being taken out of my credit card. I did not notice this earlier as my wife pays the bills. Upon investigating what 'Product Support AG' is, I found out that it was Knowhow who were taking money out of my credit card. I remembered then that the sales person from the store kept pushing me to buy an extended warranty which I flatly declined. The staff at the Currys store gave me a print out of the agreement number (BGWNPDLK) and contact number for Knowhow (08005878787). I called on 30 November 2016 at 13:25, and cancelled the product support and complained that I did not sign up for any warranty or repair plan. I was told to write to the Knowhow customer services and provided an email. I was told on the phone that the product support plan was being cancelled immediately and no further payment will be taken out of my account, and received a letter dated 30/11/2016 stating the same. Yesterday to my horror when I checked my credit card balance I found out that on 02/12/2016 a further £6.50 was taken out of me credit card. I want this cancelled once and for all, no further payment to be taken from my credit card, and a refund for the previous charges. I also wish to make formal complaint against the sales staff who signed me up for this product support despite me telling him I did not need it. I even told him that I have IT background and most of my friends work in the IT industry, so supporting and repairing a laptop is no issue for me. I look forward to a speedy resolution to this. If I do not receive a reply within 5 working days, I will raise a dispute with the credit card company and take the necessary action required to get my money back.
