[LAPSED] Team Knowhow keeps double chrging me for something I didn't sign up to at all!

Complaint against Currys PC World

I bought a laptop from PC World and was asked if I wanted to also have Knowhow-Cloud. I said NO! Lo and behold, on my bank statement the following year there appeared not one but TWO charges of £30, identical and on the same date. I went to the PC World in Tottenham Crt Rd where I had bought the laptop to complain. They checked their computer database and confirmed that there was nothing on my account and that this had been in error. However, they couldn't rectify the error, I needed to ring an 0344 number. When you do this, you are told there is a 50 min wait and after about 30 mins the phone call is 'lost', so you have to start again. Eventually I did get through and was told I'd get a refund. However, my bank statement has just arrived and I discover that they have pulled the same trick again. Again, TWO charges on the same date of £30 each.
