[LAPSED] theft of £3 a month in product support

Complaint against Currys PC World

I bought a new PC from Currys PC World on the 27/4/16 and I have now noticed that they are taking £3 a month for product support! This is something I did not ask for or was informed about and I want it stopped. And I want to be reimbursed. The purchased lap top was from the Newport Isle of Wight shop.

Hi Mark, I am sorry to learn that you were unaware of any payments that have been made to Product Support Ag. These will be detailed on the receipt and supported by additional documentation at the point of sale. I am happy to look at closing the Agreement if it is no longer required. Hi Mark, thank you for confirming details with me. I have located the Service Agreement in question and I have cancelled this as requested, as detailed in my previous response, as details are on your till receipt and due to the time that has elapsed since purchased, I am unable to provide you with a full refund. I have however refunded the last payment taken as a gesture of goodwill - Shaun
