Complaint against Currys PC World

I purchased a computer from Currys PC world approximately 4 years ago. I've noticed a payment for £4.50 has been taken out of my debit account for product support on a monthly basis despite trying to cancel this multiple times. Looking in Product Support AG complaints, I find that PC World has conned lots of customers, and most of them had no idea that they had been signed up to this without them knowing. I wish for this to stop immediately. Furthermore, the help available for this issue seems to be extremely poor, especially for customers with out of date computers that have no need of this coverage.
