Complaint against Currys PC World

I bought a laptop computer from Currys/ PC World in June I think it was? (Tottenham Hale store). On looking at my most recent bank statement I notice that on the 19th Nov 2015 I was debited £3 by 'Currys' which I assume is for the Curry's know how service I was talked in to buying at the time? But on the 18th Nov 2015 I was also debited £3 by 'Product Supoort AG'? I wasn't told about this at the time of buying, as I most certainly wouldnt have begun to pay for 2 different product supports and I also notice online that I am not the first person to complain about being sold 'Product Support AG' without knowing. My laptop has been slow to use since purchasing, to the point I barely use it and when I took it in to the Romford store shortly after I was told to just go home and restore it to factory settings and try it again which made me wonder why I was even paying for the 'know how service'. Now I discover I have been paying for two services?! Neither I have used. I admittedly accept I did agree to the Currys know how service at the time of buying but how can I now be refunded for the Product Support AG service that I did not even know about, let alone use?

Most concerned to learn of this Glenn. So I can look further into this can you please supply the details requested on 3/12/15? If you do not have the receipt details we'd need your full name address & postcode and make of the laptop? - Jay

Hi Glenn, Thanks for the extra information. I can see we cancelled one agreement for the HP 13-C050SA, but you also had another HP, model 11-D007NA. Please confirm if you wish this cover to also finish and I will arrange this accordingly for you. Thanks Marcus.
