Complaint against Currys PC World

On the 28th November 2017 I bought a tv from you, the salesman was brilliant and I even left good feedback. Now the problem is I noticed on my credit card statement a pending transaction of £6.99 to a company called ‘product support AG’ and it all comes back to currys... now when I was asked if I wanted any kind of cover or insurance I said no, and no where within my receipt have I purchased any kind of insurance but after reading online it looks like this happens to pretty much everyone who pays by credit card with yourselfs which is very naughty and it is an unaurthorised payment. So I would appreciate if someone could kindly get in touch to take more information to ensure this payment doesn’t go through or else I will have to take this further with my bank and trading standards. As a consumer I am disappointed that I received good service in store but little did I know the salesman saved my credit card details and signed me up to something without me knowing!

I called the company tech support ag and asked them to cancel the policy I did not authorise, which they did immediately and refunded the amount that came out
