[LAPSED] Unauthorised payments being taken

Complaint against Currys PC World

In August 2015 I cancelled the product support AG care plans that I had on my 2 daughters laptops as they no longer used them, I cancelled this over the phone as per instruction from Curry's PC World. They are still taking 2 lots of £4.27 every month for this. I want a full refund of every payment I have made since August 2015. This is unacceptable and I will be seeking further advice as I have cancelled the direct debit through my bank and the payments are still being taken. My accountant has brought it to my attention but these payments have continued to be taken over 4 years. I suggest this is reviewed as a matter of urgency and I expect to hear a response within 5 working days.
