Complaint against Currys PC World

I purchased a new laptop in June 2016. I notice that I have been charged £4.50 per month since 20 July 2016 until 20 December, I assume you are still planning on charging on an on going basis. This is outrageous, I do not know what this is for, I did not authorise this payment, indeed I specifically requested that nothing of this nature be set up when I bought the laptop as I had no need of any of the additional "extras". Please refund me £27 as a matter of urgency and do not take anymore money from my account.
