Complaint against Currys PC World

I bought a laptop about 2/3 years ago and have just had a charge of £30.00 debited from my account this month. This needs to be refunded as I have not agreed to automatically renew this.

I have a £40 pending amount on my debit card which says TEAM KNOWHOW-CLOUD transaction date 19th september , no reference number, i do not have a cloud account i remember buying a laptop couple of years ago from Currys Bracknell, but have never paid for Cloud storage, Irfan Razeen

TEAMKNOWHOW has debited by bank account by £40 which I have not authorised. I do not want CLOUD - I have no use for CLOUD. This may relate to my purchase of a new PC about two years ago. The service from your help line was less than helpful and could only advise that II sought help from my bank to cancel the payment. I want my £40 refunded.
