[RESOLVED] - Unbelievable useless ability to make contact by phone or email

Complaint against Currys PC World

I took my computer into the Brighton shop paid my £50and left it. The next day I had a van at my door to collect it. I tried to contact you to ask what had happened to it but it was IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND OUT.I had to take time off to go to the shop again where it was found STILL IN THE SHOP. The person who dealt with me in the shop was VERY helpful but you overhaul service is terrible and I will think twice when renewing any of my electrical goods.

Clearly there was a breakdown in communication at our Brighton store in respect to the booking process and as such I would like to extend my apologies for any disappointment caused. Understood Alan. We do have a dedicated team to support customers who wish to contact a store. I am sorry that this process let you down on this occasion. I have already contacted our Brighton store myself, to ensure you are updated on the machines repair progress. My apologies again. Marcus.

Complaint handled fine but if I ever have to contact them again we will see if it done any good. I feel its the whole contact set up that is wrong.
