[LAPSED] Unknowingly charged £9.99pm for over 2 years and continuing!

Currys PC World
I noticed a £9.99 payment I didn't recognise from "AG SUPPORT" and contacted my bank Barclays. They said this is a charge from Currys PC World, ongoing for over 2 years. I realised this is the same time I purchased a laptop. I never noticed before as this "payment" is not a direct debit, standing order or anything else regular I have ever seen. How is this allowed and how do I get my money back? I never signed up for any support of any kind. I have my own insurance from my bank etc. I have not consented to this and I feel violated.
