[RESPONDED] very very bad service

Complaint against Currys PC World

I bought and paid for click and collect a microwave on the 16th oct. I had an email straight away saying that it would be delivered to store I requested by 23rd oct. I was given a tracking number and I was tracking everyday to see the progress with the deiivery. on two different occasions hermes site said my parcel was delayed and they were investigating so I went on their site and had a live chat which they told me they had tried to deliver twice but the address was incomplete. I telephoned currys customer services and the checked the address and was correct. then I was told it was coming straight from the manufacturers so its them that has given the incomplete address. customer service told me they will have to get in touch with them but cannot do it today so I requested my money back and was then told I couldn't until the problem was resolved!!!! I don't know why I cant get my money back straight away as I paid straight away and the problem is NOT with anyone else but yours as I purchased from you so don't know why I should have to wait for my money back!!! currys must be the worst retailer in the country as they send you an email then another but not once had one saying sorry for the holdup!
