Complaint against Currys PC World

I have purchased this washing machine Hotpoint wml150G from curry's in 2008, the product is under warranty still.I have been experiencing problems with this product since 06/12/15 to the present date. The machine has been flashing with the lights,have had leaks underneath the machine product not cleaning garments properly and recently the drum is making a really loud banging noise. I have tried to call customer service regarding these issues on several occasions regarding the product but on one answers the phone. i have had to literately go to the store to arrange appointments for engineers to attend to fix the problem. The problem is still ongoing i have complained in store, by email but no responses to my problem. I am complaining about the length of time it is taking for the product to be in working order, all the calls i have made regarding the washing machine, two appointments engineers have missed and the time off work i have had to take off for them to attend and all the inconvenience and hardship i am going through with my family which is unacceptable as my machine is under warranty and i am paying out the warranty for no reason. I have been left in the larch without a machine for over 7 weeks now. I am very disappointed with the service i have received from curry's and i want to be compensated for all the inconvenience and hardship i am going through an my washing machine to be replaced asap. I would be grateful if this could be looked into as a matter of urgency.
