Complaint against Currys PC World

i brought a surface pro 3 for my wife at pc world it stopped working after a couple of months took it back to pc world they had it for 2 weeks then told me that i have to contact microsoft to have it repired i thought my contract was with pc world but seems not i now have to sort the porblem with microsoft myself i will be thinking twice before i enter into any kind of deal with pc world again over 1.000 pounds spent and get treated like this i thought my contract was with pc world but seems not

Thankyou Ollie for coming back to me. I have now sorted out the problem myself with Microsoft they have replaced the tablet with a new one. They were quite surprised at the way PC World treated me and said PC World should have addressed my problem and not told me to contact Microsoft myself. I emailed Microsoft 3days after speaking to them a new tablet was delivered to my door. The treatment I got from Microsoft was outstanding the treatment from PC World Swindon service department STINKS


Very surprised to learn this Richard as Microsoft insist on being our Repair Agents for the Surface tablet, as such you were referred to them correctly. Glad to learn they replaced the unit for you though. - Jay
