Awaiting sofa since 07/05, still nothing to sit on!!
Complaint against DFS
Sofa ordered Jan 2015 for delivery after 07/05 as we were having carpets fitted that day. Asked for w/c 11/05/15 which was agreed. Called 07/05 to confirm that sofa was coming to be told there was a delay in production and it would now be the end of May, they had no knowledge of the conversation stating I wanted it w/c 11/05. They called again 14/05/15 to say sofa would now be coming earlier and delivered to store 18/05, we are now being told it will be tomorrow and that it needs 2 more days for quality control and a further 2 days for delivery. We've not had anything to sit on since 04/05!!
