We bought a sofa, it's uncomfortable, it has given me a bad back, they effectively say "Too bad".

Hi Lee, we’re sorry that your sofa isn’t quite right. Our 14 day returns policy means that if customers aren’t happy we offer quibble-free returns. As explained over email, unfortunately outside of this period we can only accept returns of faulty items. The technician was unable to find a fault with your sofa so I’m afraid we’re not able to offer a refund. The feather/foam filling does mean that our sofas are slightly more relaxed. Customer satisfaction should be critical for any business. You claim your sofas are "comfy" and we were drawn in by the advert and the friendly service. In my opinion, the sofa is "faulty". It has no support and, with my partner pregnant, we are now faced with buying a new sofa and throwing away the Loaf sofa because you will not act on our complaint. I would advise customers to look elsewhere. "Slightly more relaxed" is another way of phrasing "bloody uncomfortable".
