Complaint against Loaf

I ordered 2 Bleaker chairs (in stock) and 4 Bossy chairs (2 in stock, 2 not) on 16/10/17. Paid in full with expected delivery of ALL the chairs by end November. Phoned on 24/11/17 to ask when to expect my order to be told one Bleaker chair not in stock! This chair is £265! Which was in stock and paid for in October. Told won't be available until middle January on complaint told I could have 10% discount on it and no extra delivery charge. Complained again. Now told they will LAON ME TWO chairs until my chair arrives in January. No complimentary discount or gifts just a loan of two chairs that I don't want or need. The chairs I ordered are part of an integral design with a price tag to match. LOAF need to appreciate this and treat their customers accordingly.
