We purchased 3 expensive Sofa’s, all have been returned as faulty. Two pieces returned twice and the third item we are going for replacement number 3! We are still waiting on a response for when it will be exchanged. Many days taken off of work, completion of our new home is delayed and the whole saga has been dragging on for 6 months! Despite repeated emails its rare to get a response from customer services, although they are always nice and polite on the phone, when you can get through that is! Fancy advertising and great design, but terrible product quality, so take my advise and please avoid Loaf at all costs, or at least until they do something about their quality.
