Complaint against Loaf

Ive never written these before but the service is so bad I have to share. My bed was supposed to arrive on the 27th July, then delivery was arranged on the 5th August. Then I received a call saying my bed had been damaged in the warehouse and they weren't sure when they could get me another one. I'm 7 months pregnant and have been waiting over 2 months for my bed. It is the MOST appalling service I have ever experienced. No one ever contacts me, I always have to call loaf to find out what is happening and every time I speak to someone they are utterly hopeless. I've spent close to £2000 for my bed and I'm horrified that a company can be run in such a way. Terrible, terrible service.
