Complaint against Bathstore

Bathstore Norwich did not turn up to my house for a pre arranged appointment but on recommendation from a previous customer I still went to the Bathstore for a plan and quote. This was done and the quote was higher than expected but advised to get the ‘deal’ a 33% deposit was required but this was totally refundable. An email of the plans would be sent. These weren’t and having already been let down I decided to cancel my order verbally and by email and requested my refund. This was the 4th July. I was told it would take 10 working days. Still no refund. I ring but no one is ever available to deal with this and I have been told it is down to the managers discretion. I was told on store the deposit was not a risk as you have a 14 day cooling off period.
