Complaint against Brightlife UK
I placed an order on 28th March and, because their pamphlet said that some things took 18 or more days to get to me, I advised - in writing - that I was moving from 11th April and that the items should be sent there if the date of their receipt was after our move had taken place. I'm now on receipt of a letter dated 30th March which says 'Attached is a refund which covers the total amount due for the cancelled items/miscellaneous credit'. At no time was the order cancelled and some of the items had been ordered specifically for the move of address. I've tried to phone them at least a dozen times and used another number which I was given in respect of another complaint and have had no success in getting anybody to answer.
