Goods not received, incorrect pricing and non deluvery

Complaint against LightInTheBox

I bought a canvas print from the above company, paid postage and packaging and when it arrived at Gatwick airport they wanted another £30.00. I paid the correct amount of PandP asked for and at Gatwick it's not enough and if I pay what there asking my PandP will be more than the item I bought. I want my money back, I bought an identical item, from same country, paid less PandP and it arrived no problem. So there a problem some where. I've been in contact with website and a sim not willing to pay to accept the package they believe it refusal of acceptance, so not there fault. I tried to get money back via PayPal but there were no help. They will give me a refund on f I send it back, but to do that and getting a full refund I'm £30.00 down. Am I screwed or is there anything I can do?
