Haven't received my parcel

Complaint against LightInTheBox

I ordered a go pro camera for my partner at the beginning of December for his present. When I checked to see when it was arriving it said it had been shipped on 6th December. I assumed that I would receive it by Christmas. As I still hadn't received it a couple of weeks later I looked on their site to see if I could phone them to find out what's happened but there is no phone number to ring. You can take out a "ticket" to contact them so I emailed them asking where my package was. They replied saying it is on its way and they will tell the delivery man to make it a priority. By the 21st Dec I STILL hadn't received it and they said please wait til the 26th Dec and I should receive it. Apart from the fact that this was supposed to be a present so it's too late, I STILL haven't received it and the money has been taken from my account. I am really disappointed and I have told them but I don't think it's going to get me anywhere. This so called company needs to be shut down

I finally received my parcel. Far too late. I have also had problems using it. I won't be ordering from them again and they shouldn't be allowed to run their so called business
