I chose to buy a wig from Light in the box in dire circumstances (chemotherapy). I paid for Expedited Express which according to their Shipping FAQ should be done via - DHL, UPS, FedEx, and TNT However, the vendor chose to ship my parcel via normal Post! I still waited patiently, but 2 weeks hence there is no trace of my order. I have banged my head against customer service and also escalated it to a supervisor. Only to receive a brilliant reply asking me to check the courier tracking website and a shipping amount refund, wait for it, a rewards voucher to again buy from their website! Not my money back, so to speak. The package has left the origin country but not yet reached my country (I have checked with our postal dept as well) There is no update on the tracking website after 16th June. The customer service are just not prepared to reply further! Isnt it their responsibility, given the idiotic dispatch via normal post despite paying for premium?
