Complaint against PrettyLittleThing
I placed an order with PrettyLittleThing with a discount code that gave me 20% off. I couldn't put this into the order so I emailed them immediately after the order and asked them to apply it (there was still plenty of time). I received a blatant 'No we're not doing that' so I asked them to cancel my order. I received a 'No we're not doing that! (with exclamation marks littered all over the email, in a jokey fashion). That was the first and last time I will ever order from them. There is no customer service telephone number and all the usual customer service standards that we're used to in the UK (politeness, understanding, listening to customers, responding to their needs) do not seem to apply to this company. Disgraceful company and they deserve to go out of business for operating in such a cowboy fashion.
