Complaint against PrettyLittleThing
First and last time I have had any dealings with this company. I paid for next day delivery and waited in all day (my one day a week off) and it never arrived. I have been messaging the company since mid afternoon because they are saying the courier attempted delivery but couldnt gain access which is complete rubbish because I live in an open area that cant be closed off and if it was closed off I would know about it. PLT are siding with the courier who incidentally is Hermes, and we all know how good their reputation is and wont refund the postage which was £6. I have told them not to bother attempting delivery again I now dont want it but I do want my money back in full. Think twice about ordering from these.
