Complaint against PrettyLittleThing

From 13th November 2016 I placed a large order from PLT and had previously paid the one year next day delivery. 8 days later I had heard nothing apart form a confirmation email that my goods had been dispatched and had received nothing. I complained via Facebook messenger and was told good had gone missing, refund was gonna be processed andn50% off discount code was offered. I reordered the good using discpunt and again. .....nothing, no goods, no reply although again another email confirming goods had been sent but nothing arrived. I am so disappointed and upset and the constant glib replies from almost every other girl working on the FB messenger site and I have had no resolution just a lot of sorry and we are looking into it. Absolutely shocking, appalling and a complete rip off. I need a resolution but have never experienced anything like this and really do not know where to start.
