Placed an order and paid £4.99 next day delivery and 5 days later I'm still waiting. I emailed the customer services team the following day to let them know and they just emailed back saying 'it was being looked into' Not once did they say they would refund me the delivery charge and send me out my order again. I emailed again to ask what was going on and they just kept coming back saying 'it is being looked into' clearly dont care as long as they have there money. So I am still waiting for my order with no clue to if and when I will receive this. Very unprofessional and no customer care at all. Will deffinitley not be ordering from them again and I will pass this word around as its disgusting how they have handled this. Many other similar company's to go to such as miss guided, boo hoo, in the style etc, just dont bother with these.
