Complaint against PrettyLittleThing

I ordered 4 items on pretty little thing. Two of which i needed for an event last night the other two are for the weekend. When my order did not arrive yesterday i panicked ao i contacted them please see attached picture of the convesation that was had. I am furious with the lack of customer care that has been shown. Yesterday evening i had to leave work early to go and find something to wear for an event last night. The whole thing has been a huge inconvenience. I still do not know if i will need to do the same thing at the weekend as i have not been told when they will be delivered. I did not receive an update email informing me that my package was delayed i had to contact pretty little thing myself and the person i spoke to on Facebook was extremely vague and expects me to chase up the order 3 days in a row after 9pm? The attitude shown towards my issue shows a complete lack of respect for my time, service and money. I feel by this stage i should know exactly where the package is and when it will be delivered so i will not have a repeat of last night and can go and find something else o wear for my events on the weekend. If i had knows this would of happened i would have used a retailer that respects my business.
