No refund for goods returned

I have always used online clothes companies as i find them easy to return however on returning more than one order there was one not refunded it was worth 127.99 i gave them the postage receipt for 2 orders i sent back and they kept telling me it was refunded showing me a screenshot of a refund for a different order, ive posted hard copies and emailed them every week sometimes they say they dont have my details and i have to go through the whole explanation again only to have them come up with a different excuse every time this has been 9 months now and i actually camt believe it im so frustrated as uts my money so why should i accept that..ive asked for someome to speak to me ans told this is not possible..i will NEVER use tgem again i have never experienced such bad treatment
