Order never received, terrible customer service

Complaint against PrettyLittleThing

WORST customer service I have ever experienced. My order never arrived as I discovered that my full address had not been given to the courier - full address was entered on website and is shown on confirmation email. They refused to correct this error themselves and I was told that I should replace the order myself. Furthermore, I was offered NO compensation for the inconvenience. After this, I placed a second order only for the same mistake to be made AGAIN (not to mention that some of the items I previously ordered were already sold out). Once again I was told that I needed to contact the courier and try to sort it out myself. This is not even possible as the courier website says to contact the sender!!! After a month of failed clothes orders, disgraceful customer service and wasted time I am in the exact same position I started in with no other response from Pretty Little Things apart from 'sorry'. I will never order from this site again and will advise all my friends and family to do the same.
