Daughter sent back some clothes for refund - apparently 'not received' and they demand tracking codes from Royal Mail (how many people save these?). I tracked that down but apparently it was the wrong reference number and in any case it takes 21 days (really?). I did some research and the ratio of packages 'not arriving' seems incredibly high. I wrote via the site nine times and then to the CEO stating that this feels like sharp practice and they'd do well to remember that £50 for a 13 year old girl is a lot of money, they do not appreciate the target audience for sure. No reply from the company. Maybe this will work though I won't hold my breath.
