Sent items back WITH NO REFUND

I ordered four dresses on this website and returned them all because they did not fit . I returned them back to the store for a full refund and sent it to the address provided on the return slip . I did not hear anything for a while and then they told me it's in the Australia warehouse and yet to be sent to the uk warehouse . After waiting more they told me I sent it to the wrong shop how ever I sent it to the shop they put on the return slip !!!!!! Now I have lost $150 and I'm stressing out ! Disgusting customer service and will be taking it to fair trading asap Update : told me they will give me a refund and I replied with the items and now they said I have to wait 21 days which I have waited over a month already !!!!!
