I ordered 2 items on the 18th October for next day delivery and I received an email to say that it had been despatched so I started tracking it on Hermes and it has been almost a week now and its status has not changed from 'order placed'. I contacted Hermes to ask why this was the case and they informed me that it wasn't in their network and that I must contact pretty little thing. So I went to contact them and first off there is no number or live chat available for customers and you can only contact them through email. So I emailed them and a few days ago asking where my parcel is and haven't received any reply!! They have taken the money out of my account along with the next day delivery charge and I have not recieved it nor have they offered any help to give me more information on my items or rectify the situation. Very poor customer service on this site as they have taken my money without giving me what I paid for.
