So I’ve spent over £1,100 on the Game FIFA 18. Happy to do so. However I logged into my account on the 10th December and found that EA have wiped my account. All my players and FIFA Ultimate Team has gone. EA say I was coin distributing m, but I have never done that. They refuse to give me any evidence or examples of what I have done wrong. £1,100 is a lot of money to spend on this game. And for no reason, it has been taken away from me. An advisor on EA chat even told me I will 100% get my account back. And this is not the case. All I get is an email saying “we will not be reversing the decision on your account”. For £1,100 I deserve to know more than that! I believe my account was hacked and someone tried transferring coins from my account to theirs. What can I do?
