Complaint against Nitrotek
I purchased a RC Spitfire plane and received it on the 6th February. It arrived broken, poorly packaged and with faulty electrics. I had to pay for it to be returned for repair. 5 weeks later it came back with original broken parts, addition damage to other parts and replacement parts from a completely different model. Product was returned again and a full refund was requested. Up until now and after issuing a full refund request and formal complaint in line with the Consumer Rights act 2015 I am still being refused a refund and am not allowed to talk to their customer service team or MD to resolve. I am at my wits end and am astonished at the number of complaints and similar customer experiences on the web. I do not want the product as I have purchased from elsewhere without problems. I require a full refund including my costs for returning the product.
