Complaint against Seatwave

To whom it may concern, My Name is Amira Tarkhan, I have purchased 3 tickets to the Coldplay concert in Barcelona – 26th of May, 2016 through www.seatwave.com and when I received the tickets – I received a wrong ticket. Instead of a ticket on the 26th of May, I received one on the 27th of May. Order Number: 1681521 (wrong Ticket) Order Number: 1681513 (correct Tickets) I have been calling customer service in Sunday 8th of May and until now no one is able to resolve the issue. Here are the excuses I have been getting: - Today is Sunday we will not be able to reach the seller - Monday – Sorry we don’t have a Spanish speaker - Tuesday: we are trying to reach the seller and he’s not answering - Wednesday: we are still not able to reach the seller - Thursday: We got through to the seller but he is travelling and will be back on Monday and there is nothing that we can do now - Today: we called the seller and he’s not answering This is not acceptable on all levels. I am traveling on Wednesday and until now I don’t have the correct ticket for my concert. I don’t live in Europe and this will cause a huge loss in my plans (hotels, flights, Transfers…etc.) I am not dealing with the seller directly and your company is 100% liable for this. The service I am receiving so far is very poor!!! I need the correct ticket to be sent to me by tomorrow noon maximum – otherwise I need a FULL REFUND at the market price not the price I paid for the ticket!!
