I went to the Jurassic World 9pm screening at Crawley Cineworld on 11/06/15 and the film was stopped halfway through due to sound problems. The cinema gave us vouchers 'we're sorry admit one' that can be used to see the film in imax for free. However I need to book imax tickets due to the popularity of the film but there is no explanation of how to do this using these vouchers. I called the helpline but was on hold for 5mins which cost me money!!! I am not happy.
