Complaint against Richer Sounds

Customer service very poor..nothing in stock..asked about a Panasonic tv and was told it must be alright because of the price..don’t answer the phone and when they did they hung up on me..morons.

This is not an uncommon complaint heard when reading comments relating to Richer Sounds, over the course of many years i have attempted to purchase a fair few items that they have advertised in the press and via their own website .... yet sadly on each occasion the item has been "out of stock". The usual resoonse is that they would not do this as it would alienate customers .... err yeah.

Thanks for you for your post although I was obviously sorry to read your comments. Indeed, the last thing we would do is intentionally advertise stock of something that was unavailable as we'd have absolutely nothing to gain but to customer customer complaint, something we work hard to prevent.
