Complaint against Richer Sounds

bought a tv from these cowboys sep last yr ever since i have had nothing but problems with this tv5 MONTHS later still on the richer sounds merry go picks up interference from something what i dont no. tested for 4g ,bought new aerial ,new aerial cable £200 later still no got picked up to get fixed told nothing wrong with tv iv been told ??well have to disagree there because purchased this uhd tv but cant watch hd channels so this tv is not fit for use!!!soz i ever bought this tv from this company won't make that mistake again and will advise everyone i know not too.i want a new tv ir a REFUND if not i will be seeking advise from citizen's advice,trading standards etc not putting up with this.customer service is key in retail sadly richer sounds doesn't understand this!!!

Customer Service is our number one priority so it's obviously disappointing to learn of any occasion where we have a dissatisfied customer So that I may investigate further and assist in resolving the matter...
