[RESPONDED] Delivery of new TV

Complaint against Richer Sounds

We bought a new TV from richer sounds, then received a email saying TV would be delivered today. I explained we would not be home to the afternoon, I’m disabled and need to arrange for someone to be here. Was told if we missed them there would be a £30 charge for them to come again. Said we would be in all day on the Friday Saturday or Sunday They did not want to help. Told them to cancel the 65 inch TV and credit our card. Then told we would have to wait for TV to get back to their warehouse first. Argued saying the Tv has never come to me. So I want money credited straight away. They said they have but may take 5 days to go back on the card. Not once did customer services or delivery people call me to try to get round the problem. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICES, WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN, SO PEOPLE BEWARE
