Complaint against Richer Sounds

Purchased a tv an LG 6months. Set went faulty rang richer. customer service. They put me through to LG. Told them the fault. Richer sound sent wrong details to LG so delay. Rang LG via richer sound customer service. Told about the issue. Rang LG again. Told to take A picture of the Tv screen. Why. Sent via Email. So answer from LG or. Richer sounds. Left with a TV I can’t watch. Due to the noise it makes also when it’s on Mute. Not happy. Want a new Tv or a refund. Local shop in Prestwich don’t deal with faults.
