Complaint against Shopper Discounts and Rewards

I have emailed 3 times with no response. I found to my horror and distress that I had been paying £10 a month since 4th August 2010 . Checked email history and couldn't find anything received from this company . Up to now it has cost me £800. I am so upset and would appreciate a refund . I have contacted the company and cancelled any other payments being taken

The only way you can become a member is by entering your details on the sign-up form & agree to the terms & conditions of the programme.
