Complaint against Quiz Clothing
Horrible service. I placed an order with order number 100295216 since June. Was due to be delivered in Australia between 2nd July and 9th July. By 10th of July, I contacted them for the second time. After a few emails to the CustomerCare email address, I finally got an actual email that wasn’t an automated response. Then I responded to the less than helpful email. After two responses, then the CustomerCare decided to reply me the second time (please note that this was days later). The customer care rep. asked for my address and phone number to give to Aramex (the delivery company). Although this was already in my account on their website I still gave it them again on the 12th of July (Thursday). After which I didn’t get any more replies from the customer service email, I only received automated messages saying that they have received my email and will respond within 24hrs. I contacted them twice on Friday, the 13th of July. I contacted them three times on Monday (mornings and afternoons) via email but I didn’t get any response. I called the Glasgow head office store and spoke to a clueless woman. It’s really sad and disgusting. The order is for my wedding. This is the most inefficient store service and delivery service ever in the UK. I hope to go far with this because it’s all true and I have proof of it.
