Complaint against Quiz Clothing
I was completing my order on the Quiz Clothing website. This was my first time using the site. Towards the last page. I selected proceed with order but it did not go through. I received no confirmation. I waited and then went back again to confirm the order. This time it went through. Later I received 2 emails. One confirming my correct order for £600 but another for £400!!! I immediately sent an email via their website and direct to Cancel the order and had no response. This was last week Friday and despite their commitment to a 72 hour response time they have simply ignored me. In total I have emailed them 12 times. I have not had One reply. Instead they have taken this extra money and this has resulted in my account being over drawn and other standing orders bouncing and charges being incurred. I understand web pages have glitches but for them to simply ignore me and no respond to one email and still proceed to deduct money is not acceptable. In this current market of online shopping it is not acceptable to not respond to an email after 5 working days !!! I am short £400 and I need this money refudnded asap. But what am I to do when Quiz refuse to refund me. Other customers should stay away because they simply do not know how to run an online service.
