Complaint against Simply Electronics
I ordered an ipad pro on 20 April 2016. Delivery was promised in 4-10 working days. It is now 9 May and my order has still not been despatched. I complained last week and my order was upgraded to priority. When I told them that it had to be delivered by Thursday May 12 as I am going on holiday and there will be nobody here my order has been put on hold and I was told to contact them .Their phone line has been out of order all day-presumably too many customer complaints and they will not answer emails. They have still not answered 3 I sent last Friday 6 May. How do I get my ipad.
