Ordered a size 38 jacket. They sent a 36. Sent back to be exchanged for correct size. After seven working days which is the maximum it takes to get returned I contacted Asos asking what was going on. They told me to wait 1-2 days for it to be sorted. The next day I was told wait two days. The next day I was told I would get a phone call, this never happened. I contacted again and finally got a phonecall on the evening over two weeks after it was sent back. They then informed me I was refunded despite not what I wanted. I ordered another 38 and again a 36 arrived. I contacted again and was told the problem at the warehouse will take 48 hours to be resolved in which time I will be sent a new jacket and get a phone call. This never happene. I called after 48 hours and I was told in 24 hours the problem would be resolved and I would get a phone call and correct jacket. Neither happene do. Ordered a third jacket and wrong size came. After begging to speak to a manager I finally got a call and was offered a ten percent voucher valid for a month on full price goods. One month later still no explanation still no jacket still no compensation for not having the suit for my finances birthday or a wedding.
