Complaint against Poundland
This is not meant to be a complaint but just some information when I am supposed to have bought goods to the value of £49/- which I do not recognise. It may be legitimate, but I do not have the receipt; so am just asking. I agree, I am a very regular customer of your store as I consider it is an excellent store with excellent goods at extremely fair price; and I do not wish to harm the very store I cherish so much.Just need verification of the purchases. On high days and holidays I do spend 100's of Pounds Sterling when i can buy huge amounts of chocolates and other interesting goods specially for friends who ask me to shop on their behalf. The date of the statement I am inquiring is for a sum of £49/- charged to my account on 3rd August 2016. on my debit card ending in 0944. Can you possibly account for this expense.
