Complaint against Poundland
Hi , I have been complaining about being over charged because of wrong labelling . This meant having to drive back to the Basildon store which is inconvenient as i was staying in burnham on crouch Essex and original live in London , I spoke to the manager of the store who said he will be having a meeting with the staff and that I should make a complaint by email , to which I should receive some sort of compensation , a voucher of some sort for the inconvenience of having to drive back petrol money , and has thus isn't the first time thus had happens at another store which I let go but wasn't going to let that happen again . I have made numerous amounts of emails to pound world starting in 5/8/17 only to be returned with automated responses . I continued to reply back complaining as poundworld were asking for copies of the automated emails , as they were saying they have had no emails sent , so I did send the automated emails again . After a long wait they asked for the original email which I sent just recently I have been sent another automatic reponse yet again on the 28/9/17 . All I can say is that I find there customer service appalling and there is no need for all this waiting , they clearly do not care about their customers and with dealing with complaints quickly , it is very unprofessional I will not be shopping at there store in the future .
