I bought 2 tickets for Berlinale through eventim. We arrived a few minutes late, and we couldn’t get in because the staff said the room was full. According to them, if people with tickets arrive late, other people without tickets can get in and have our places. I completely understand that this event has rules, the problem is that eventim doesn’t say that this can happen anywhere in the ticket or reservation. We had no clue about this, we payed for the event and we were left without the screening and without the amount for the tickets.
